Jordan Miles serves as the communications coordinator at the Lastinger Center for Learning. In this role, Jordan executes communications functions including external communications, creating consistent messaging for the Lastinger Center and its products, crafting content for social media, and keeping the website up to date.
Prior to working at the Lastinger Center, Jordan served as the volunteer and marketing administrator for The Education Foundation of Alachua County. In this role, she recruited, trained and retained over 300 volunteer mentors for the Take Stock in Children program, created content for social media and newsletters, and helped with the Foundation’s website redesign.
Jordan graduated from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications in August of 2020. She holds a bachelors degree in public relations and a minor in innovation from the Innovation Academy. When she’s not at work, Jordan enjoys spending time outside with her dogs, cooking, and watching TV dramas based on real-life events.
