Kristen Alves serves as an Implementation Support Specialist at the at the Lastinger Center. with the Massachusetts Early Childhood Support Initiative (ESCO). She provides one on once coaching and instructional leadership development to participating program leaders and their team of educators.

Kristen has been in the field of early childhood for over 25 years and has worked in programs with every age group and as every possible position from assistant, all the way up to Director and Center Owner. She is passionate about the importance of quality education in the field and the significant role the educator plays in the child’s learning and social development.

Kristen graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from Bridgewater State University. In her free time, she loves to read, play music, and spend time with her family.
