Leadership

Leadership is best developed as a system that creates paths to equitable opportunity and outcome by incorporating learner contexts and offering multiple entry points. Our leadership and coaching programs in early learning and literacy are research-driven, informed by both current literature on coaching and instructional leadership, and incorporate input from past and present partners in the field.

Designed to consider local contexts and participant roles in the system, our programs cultivate the development of leadership via a shared language that promotes communication across the system, while leaders in different roles (teacher, coach, administrator, systems leader) work on individual competencies.
