Lee Delaino serves as the Operations Manager for Florida Tutoring Advantage at the Lastinger Center for Learning. I this role, Lee oversees the administration plan of the tutoring program and works closely with schools to design and implement tutoring programs.
Lee began her career teaching English as a Second Language and developmental reading at writing at Santa Fe College. She continued on to develop programs supporting pre-college learners with academic and trades skills. Later she returned to Santa Fe College to coordinate academic advising programs and then became the inaugural director of the Santa Fe College Learning Commons.
Lee has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of Florida, a master’s degree in Theological Studies from the University of Toronto, and in 2023, completed her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of Florida.
