Yamilka Then serves as the Implementation support specialist at the Lastinger Center for Learning. In this role Yamilka will be coaching teachers and leaders in Massachusetts through Flamingo learning.

Yamilka began her career in Early Childhood Education and has Eight years working in the field. As a Teacher, Mentor, leadership roles She is bilingual and she is committed to supporting teachers in her community by helping them strengthen their skills and ensuring they know they have a dedicated advocate on their side.

Yamilka has her associates in Early Childhood Education from Northern Essex Community College. She is a mother of two boys, Owen and Savier, and dedicates much of her time to outdoor activities and cooking.
