From an early age, I realized the transformative power of education and innovation in addressing societal challenges. Mission-driven innovation that leverages my multi-disciplinary expertise across education and technology has shaped both my personal and professional journey.
In my 11 years at Microsoft, I have developed AI-driven v1 products for education, productivity, devices, and professional learning. My patented AI-generated handwriting recognition product for Windows Tablet earned me the recognition of one of three leading female innovators at Microsoft.

As Chief of Staff for Microsoft Education, I supported strategic planning, business impact reporting, budget management, finance reporting, and operational efficiency. As an educator for 15 years, I taught in the classroom, provided professional development, consulted on curricular reform and coached parents. I am an avid researcher and writer. My work has been shared in blogs, magazines, radio and TV.

With expertise spanning strategy, product development, operations, and execution across diverse groups, I am uniquely positioned to drive meaningful change in education and beyond.
