Jeff Atwater served as Florida’s Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2017 where he played a key role in managing the state’s financial operations and investments. Jeff also served in the Florida Senate from 2002 to 2010, including serving as Senate President from 2008 to 2010. He has held significant positions in the banking sector, including President and CEO of Barnett Bank of Broward County, President of Bank of America of Broward County.

Most recently, Jeff served as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Chief Financial Officer at Florida Atlantic University, providing guidance in financial management and strategic initiatives. He has a deep understanding of financial systems, and leadership in both the public and private sectors.
