The Lastinger Center takes a system-wide approach to improve child outcomes by helping educators realize their leadership potential through asset-driven supports. Our leadership development programs are tailored to meet the needs of teachers, directors, coaches and administrators in early learning and K-12 education settings.

Completion rates for educators participating in our instructional leadership program were significantly higher than in other quality improvement initiatives. 2,000 early childhood and K-12 educators have completed the coaching certification programs. Our programs see an average gain of 35% for CLASS(R) composite score for early learning providers receiving support from a Lastinger Center certified coach.
