Alyssa (Allie) Pearson serves as a Motion Graphics Specialist at the Lastinger Center for Learning. In this role, Allie produces vector art and animated text, graphics, and videos to polish coursework and further the educational impact of Lastinger content.

Allie’s previous experience includes several internships at UF. As a student creator at LUMA Production Studio, Allie worked with grant groups to produce explainer videos helping teens and their parents manage their asthma treatment. As a digital media intern for UF Facilities Services, Allie produced logos, brand packages, and social media content for the department. She also completed motion graphics contract work for Bazar, a startup allowing small online creators to curate their own fashion boutiques using what would be wasted clothes and materials from large wholesalers.

Allie is a recent Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts and Sciences, a Computer Science and Information Engineering minor, and a Graphic Design certificate. In her free time, she loves to paint and sketch, try new restaurants and recipes with friends, and play fantasy RPGs (both virtually and tabletop).
