Early Learning
Our early learning professional development programming maintains its focus on meeting educator and child needs, with the ultimate goal of setting our youngest learners on paths to being fully prepared for kindergarten.
As we strive to support early childhood educators and the systems in which they work, we are developing a network of strategic partnerships that strengthen the early childcare provider ecosystem. Coupled with creating more credentialing pathways in English and Spanish for early childhood educators to further professional and educational goals, we are able to support advancements in educators’ knowledge, skills, and careers while ultimately preparing children for success in kindergarten and beyond. Since the system’s launch in 2015, Flamingo Early Learning has delivered more than 600,000 hours of online content to over 33,000 early childhood professionals.
