Ana Lantigua Pascual is an Implementation Support Specialist for the Lastinger Center for Learning. She facilitates and supports early education professionals through virtual and face-to-face professional development. With over 25 years of experience in education, Ana is focused on helping educators improve instructional practices by building relationships and nurturing collaboration. As a support specialist, her goal is to be a change agent who breaks down barriers to learning outcomes in the field of early childhood education.

Ana earned her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership for School Improvement, (TLSI) from the University of Florida Lastinger Center for Learning.
