MaryBeth Head oversees the Project Management Office at the Lastinger Center for Learning. Her focus is on providing the structure and support for the project management processes of the Center’s professional development content. Her office supports teams in implementing the Agile framework while fostering collaboration, providing guidance for accessibility, and maintaining asset and IP management, data, and reporting, with an emphasis on elevating the quality standards of the products the Lastinger Center creates.
MaryBeth began her career as an entrepreneur and business owner of a boutique video production company with her husband, specializing in corporate, documentary and nonprofit programs. She brings over 40 years of systems and project management experience from her other previous roles as location manager, management consultant, video production manager and most recently, Head of Production for University of Florida Creative Works.
A proud graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Journalism, MaryBeth is fascinated with the art of hot glass blowing and enjoys thrifting and visiting estate sales to uncover vintage and mid-century modern treasures. She is an avid F1 (Formula 1) race fan and loves to spend time on their 7-acre oasis with her two rescue dogs and her husband, DJ.
