Ryan Perez

Events Specialist

Ryan serves as the Events Specialist at the Lastinger Center for Learning. In this role, Ryan will coordinate the logistics for multiple Lastinger Center events.

Ryan began his career in education teaching high school students before entering the event planning profession. Previously, Ryan served as the Event Planner for the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Dean’s office where he coordinated 30+ annual events including commencement, banquets, recruitment and student events.

Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and is currently seeking a master’s degree in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Leadership from the University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. In his free time, Ryan enjoys singing, spending time with his wife and daughter and doing anything involving Disney World!
