Sarah Carmichael

Sarah Carmichael serves as an Animation Specialist at the Lastinger Center for Learning. In this role, Sarah creates engaging animated assets for a variety of educational videos.

Sarah first began her career with the Lastinger Center in 2016 as an outsource animator from the Digital Worlds Institute. She is excited to return to the Center and help aid in the growth of video production capabilities. Previously, Sarah has served as an animator, motion graphics artist, and cleanup artist for various companies and projects, most notably the viral independent animated series Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Animation from The Savannah College of Art and Design. In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog, drawing, gaming, theme parks, taxidermy, western horseback riding, and crafting.
