Shaneh Brown

Shaneh Brown serves as a Finance Coordinator at the Lastinger Center for Learning. She assists the Business Services Manager with project proposals, pre and post awards, contracts, budgets, fiscal reporting, purchasing, travel, and payroll distribution. Shaneh also works to ensure Center projects are in compliance with Federal, State, and local rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Shaneh began her administrative career with the University of Florida in 2015. Prior to working at the Lastinger Center, she worked as a research administrator with the UF College of Medicine where she developed skills in budget preparation, invoicing, and pre/post-award grant management.

Shaneh holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from Flagler College. In her free time, Shaneh enjoys hiking, video games, and watching scary movies with her husband and pets.
