Specialist, Family and Community Engagement
Shelli Payne serves as a Family and Community Engagement Specialist with the Lastinger Center on the New Worlds Reading Team; she engages with families and communities in meaningful ways to support children’s literacy achievement.
Shelli brings almost 20 years of educational experience to the NWRI Team.
Shelli is continuing her education in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, the Florida sunshine and traveling with her husband.
