Flamingo Early Learning | Massachusetts

Flamingo Early Learning provides instructional leadership development to early childhood program leaders and directors through the Early Childhood Support Organization program with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The model can be adapted for each early childhood center so that the content is relevant and responsive to immediate needs.

What is it?

Flamingo Early Learning is a comprehensive professional learning program that provides:

  • Instructional Leadership Development
  • Communities of Practice
  • Coaching Certification

Who is eligible?

  • Program Leaders in Massachusetts
  • Program Directors in Massachusetts

Content & Duration

Over the course of 10 months, educators will participate in:

  • Kick-off orientation
  • In-person learning opportunities
  • Online coursework
